All products are subject to availability. We do our best to keep our inventory updated; however, if a product you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you promptly and offer a suitable replacement or refund.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with order details.

Cancellations & Modifications

Once an order is shipped, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on wine unless it is damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a replacement or refund.
